Returns/Exchanges

• All returns must be sent back within 14 business days of order receipt.
• Accessories, leather goods, shoes, hats, and underwear are a FINAL SALE. NO exceptions.
• All merchandise must be returned in "new" condition (ie: tags intact, no wear or damage).
• Affix the return shipping label you received with your order and indicate "refund" or "credit". (If nothing is indicated with a return, your credit card CAN NOT be credited)
• Refunds are issued back to the original card used. NO exceptions.
• You will NOT be credited for the shipping costs associated with return orders.
• Unless otherwise stated, the Customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs.
• Vitesse Exchange strongly suggests using UPS or other forms of traceable shipping.
